This breading machine is an automated equipment specially developed by our company for material breading. The materials move on a special mesh belt with breadcrumbs, and then the waterfall-type breading sprinkling system coats the materials with breadcrumbs evenly. In addition, pressure rollers are installed inside the conveyor belt to ensure that the breadcrumbs adhere firmly to the surface of the materials. The excess unabsorbed breadcrumbs fall into the recovery device at the bottom and are automatically sent back to the breadcrumb storage bin through a screw elevator, achieving continuous recycling. After breading, the materials go through an air-blowing process to remove the excess breadcrumbs, and then the breading process of the materials is completed.
